Set up your OctoSling

Let's start by how to set up your new sling trainer.


1.  First put the door stopper on the rope thru big loop.

2.  Make a knot as close to rope handle as possible

3.  Adjust handle strap position if needed. 

4.  Attach to your doors using a door stopper. 

5.  Start your training with a warm-up.


Feel free to play with different various moves and find what works best for you.
