Fun! Freeing! Fabulous. As an older gal, I wondered whether I would find an affinity for Octomoves. I love it! It’s fun! After just a few sessions, my shoulder, neck, and torso felt freer!

Move it. The best thing I've done lately is getting a Rope to start losing those pounds that won't go away in a fast and easy way. Rope flow is so fun!

The workouts are actually fun and I think I found some new muscles I didn’t know I have :D It really helps me destress too. It’s crazy how you get in the zone with rope flow!

The instructional videos were easy to understand, I got into the flow of things (pun intended) and now I can’t imagine my routine without destressing with a rope flow session.
